A new studio play written by award-winning Abadonian playwright Simon Farquhar will be served-up at November’s A Play, A Poet & A Pastry.
Taking place at the Theatre Royal, Dumfries, on Friday, 24 November, the poet for the evening will be popular Solway-based wordsmith, and current BBC Scotland Poet in Residence, Stuart A Paterson.
A Play, A Poet & A Pastry takes place regularly at the Theatre Royal and involves the high-quality semi-staging of a new studio play, presented alongside poetry written in response to the script, which is also to be performed during the event.
Following this, there will be pastries and a Q&A in the bar with the actors, creatives and poet, to conclude the evening.
